How To Draw A Olympic Stadium
Sarah has come up with another idea for an Olympics craft, using recycled polystyrene, finger painting and your felt tip pens. It looks great for an Olympics display...
You will need:
A polystrene pizza tray (or a circle cut from thick card)
A long piece of card - enough to fit around the outside of the card circle
Paint
Colouring pens
Sticky tape
Instructions:
Cut the card to the right length to fit around the circle. Cut one edge of the card into a gently curved shape to form the top of your stadium.
To make the crowds, finger paint the faces onto the card using skin tones. Finger print on a body to each head in bright colours and finish with some hair.
Finger paint the people in the stadium
Colour the pizza tray to look like a race track.
Colour the base to look like an athletics track
When the paint is dry, tape the ends of the card together to make a ring. Push the base into the middle of the card ring and hold in place with a few pieces of sellotape.
The finished Olympics stadium!
